The Aussie Millions may be over, but three players have already earned themselves a seat in the 2014 Main Event following the Australian Poker League (APL), 888pl and PubPoker action in the Crown Melbourne.

A combination of 445 competitors from the three leagues took to the felt for the third instalment of the MAIN EVENT - the premier event for pub poker players in Australia.

And as Poker Asia Pacific reports, the players who finished inside the top three earned themselves an Aussie Millions Main Event package and Main Event entry.

The lucky winners were Amjed Slewa, Andrew Dales and Daniel Keast, who also took home $80,800, $65,000 and $50,000 respectively for their efforts in the MAIN EVENT.

While there is a long way to go until the 2014 Aussie Millions, those who have already earned entry to the Main Event will be looking forward to going up against some of the best poker players in the world.
