ANZPT Perth only a week away

This will be the third stop of ANZPT Season 5

With the Aussie Millions having come to a conclusion, Australian poker fans will be eager for the opportunity to enjoy some more card-playing action sooner rather than later.

So with the next stop on the Australia New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT) Season 5 calendar pencilled in for next week, the good news is that they won't have to wait very long.

There have already been two events on the current schedule, with Melbourne and Auckland having hosted the tour towards the end of 2012.

And it is the Crown Perth that will be the venue for the first ANZPT tournament of 2013, where the action will take place from February 14th to the 24th.

The prestigious Main Event is scheduled to start on February 20th, and will carry a $2,200 buy-in for anyone hoping to get their hands on an ANZPT title.

Michael Guzzardi currently leads the race for the ANZPT Player of the Year crown, and he'll be hoping to further establish his lead if he turns up at the felt in Perth.
