Australia's Grant Levy failed to make it past Day 3 of the Caribbean Adventure Main Event, and now he has busted on Day 2 of the $25,000 High Roller in the Bahamas.
But Levy need not be too disappointed not to make it any further this time around, as some of poker's biggest stars fell at the same point.
Indeed, with a total of 204 entrants cut down to a final table of eight after just two days worth of play, the likes of Daniel Negreanu, Marvin Rettenmaier and Global Poker Index leader Dan Smith all failed to advance beyond Day 2.
It is America's Shaun Deeb who holds the chip lead ahead of the final, sitting in a particularly strong position with a stack of 2,536,000.
Given that nearest rival Vladimir Troyanovsky will arrive with 1,625,000 chips, Deeb will be hopeful of converting his advantage into a win as he looks to claim the title.
