ANZPT Set To Hit Auckland For Second Event Of Season 5

ANZPT Season 5's arrival in New Zealand is imminent

After kicking off at the Crown Melbourne last month, Season 5 of the Australia New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT) is set to resume in Auckland when proceedings get underway on November 17th.

This will be the first time that the ANZPT has stopped off in Auckland, and there are sure to be plenty of New Zealanders looking to secure a win in the Main Event as they dream of taking the title on home soil.

However, given that it was Paul Hockin of New Zealand who won the opening Main Event of ANZPT Season 5 in Melbourne, it's almost certain that there will be plenty of Aussie players out for revenge.

ANZPT Auckland is set to run until November 25th, with a whole host of satellites and side events for players to take a shot at.

With Ashley Warner, Michael Guzzardi and Paul Hockin locked in a three-way tie at the top of the early ANZPT Player of the Year standings, there is all to play for in New Zealand when the actions kicks off.
