The Asian Poker Tour's (APT) next event is scheduled to take place in Mauritius at the Ti Vegas Casino, Grand Bay, between August 19th and 26th.
This is the first time that the APT calendar includes a tournament on the island, and follows the event in Macau where Carlos Chang scooped the main prize.
And with Australian Aaron Lim having finished fourth last time round, he'll be looking to improve on his performance if he decides to put his chips on the APT tables in Mauritius.
Indeed, it has been nearly a year since fellow Aussie, Oliver Speidel, finished first at an APT accredited event in the Philippines, so Lim could be looking to boost the reputation of Australian poker players on the tour.
But whether or not he plays in Grand Bay, Lim is certainly capable of flying the flag after winning the Aussie Millions Poker Championship event in Melbourne back in January.
