The buzz surrounding the forthcoming Asian Poker Tour (APT) Macau event is reaching fever pitch.
That is according to the APT as it prepares to launch the tournament on July 25th.
A number of high-profile players from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond will head to the StarWorld Hotel in order to compete at one of the flagship events of the year.
"As always, the APT will surely attract players from all over including some of the world's most decorated. This seven-day event, running from … will be held at the extravagant StarWorld Hotel’s Ballroom located on the 8th Level," the organisers confirmed.
"The HK$ 25,000 Main Event starts on July 27th with Day 1A with Day 1B the following day and satellites running daily. Completing the schedule are the Charity, Head Hunter, Ladies of Poker, Deep Stack Turbo, 6 Handed and Freezeout events."
Meanwhile, Aussie poker fans are already looking forward to the 2013 World Series of Poker, which will kick off at the Crown Casino.
